Sealed Tenders are invited from experienced civil contractors for the following Annual Maintenance - Painting and other connected works of :-
Library, Computer Centre & Academic Link ( Estimated cost: Rs.9.40 Lakhs; EMD: Rs. 25000.00)
Seminar Hall, Faculty Block, Class Room Block, Entrance Tower, Over Head Tank & Utility building. ( Estimated cost: Rs.9.50 Lakhs; EMD: Rs. 25000.00)
Administrative Building, Guest House No.03, Covered Links, Water & Sewage Treatment Plants, Hostels E and G. ( Estimated cost: Rs.10.20 Lakhs; EMD: Rs. 27000.00)
Eligibility conditions: Tenderers should have satisfactorily completed at least three works of similar nature costing not less than – Rs. 4.00 lakhs each; or two similar works of Rs. 5.00 lakhs each; or one similar work of Rs. 8.00 lakhs during the last seven years. Time of completion – 3.5 (Three and Half) months for each work. Cost of Tender form – Rs. 500/- for each work by DD favouring I.I.M. Kozhikode payable at Kozhikode. Issue of Tender forms – 15.02.2008 to 25.02.2008 during office hours. Last date for receipt of Tenders – 28.02.2008 at 3.00 p.m. and opening will be at 4.00 p.m. on the same day.
