The objective of “NITC - SOMS” is to develop professionals for the analytical and managerial skills required for a professional manager and to enrich them with adequate background of humanities and universal values that would create an awareness of the social responsibility, necessary to enable him/her to play an effective role as manager for the benefit of the society..
Why an MBA at NITC-SOMS?
Rapid technological change coupled with the need to produce for world markets in the face of fierce international competition demands managers with well developed intellectual and commercial skills. Often seen as the route to more senior roles by managers in their 20’s or 30’s, holding specialist jobs, an MBA may also be viewed by general managers as an opportunity to acquire more specialized knowledge. It can certainly enable bright, ambitious young managers to re-assess their backgrounds, broaden their skills, learn new management techniques and achieve a wider choice of careers.
It takes character, grit, determination, perseverance and focus to champion the technical education for years.
