Programme on SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT IIMK

FOR WHOM
The programme is meant for professionals working in corporate enterprises in various levels of management, persons involved in planning and monitoring the operations and for the executives in the agencies that co-ordinate the supply chain, production and material management activities

OBJECTIVES
The objectives include familiarising the participants with strategic and operational aspects of effective supply chain management. The programme also looks at various tools and techniques useful for supply chain synchronisation. It also provide a in depth understanding of functional aspects of supply chain like facility location, network design, customer relationship management, production and inventory management, logistics design, supply chain co-ordination etc.

DURATION
The programme will have 20 sessions each of 75 minutes duration spread over 3 days. This includes sessions for supply chain synchronisation, experiments and games.  

DATE AND VENUE

This programme will be held during June, 2007 at IIMK Campus, Kunnamangalam, Calicut . Accommodation will be provided on a twin sharing basis in the IIMK Guest House.
