Flower show to begin in February-2007

The Calicut Flower Show 2007 will be organised by the Calicut Agri-Horticultural Society in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Krishivigyan Kendra, Peruvannamuzhi and other State and Central Government institutions at Swapna Nagari here from February 8 to 13.

The theme of the show this year is `A garden for your home.' Mayor M. Bhaskaran released the prospectus of the flower show by handing over a copy to the former mayor Thottathil Raveendran at a programme held here on Tuesday.
