KOZHIKODE: In our society there are not many organisations working for the welfare of street children and the aged. National Child Development Council (NCDC), especially working for the welfare of children and child education in India, has been into this mission for a long while.
Now, Kerala chapter of NCDC, affiliated to Nehru Yuva Kendra, is coming up with an institution, Sneha Bhavanam to rehabilitate street children. This venture, likely to come up at Iringal near Payyoli, will be implemented with the help of individuals and institutions.
