Executive Education Programme in Strategic Management (eEPSM) is conceived with the idea of providing specialized learning in the specific business function. Delivered through interactive distance learning, the programme offers a range of foundation, advanced and integrative courses in the specific functional area for working executives aiming to build specialized competency in Strategic Management.
Programme Title
Participants of the eEPSM, on successful completion of the six month long programme, would be awarded the title �Advanced Certificate in Strategic Management' by IIMK.
Programme Objectives
The objective of the executive education programme in Strategic Management (eEPSM) is to impart key skills that are required to take decisions and actions regarding Strategic Planning, Strategy Implementation, Corporate Restructuring, Competitive Strategies, Mergers, Acquisitions and other forms of corporate expansion, Corporate Governance, and Competitive Intelligence in corporate and non-corporate entities, manufacturing and service enterprises, private and public units, and business ventures and public systems.
Programme Structure and Curriculum
Spread over six months, it covers fundamental, competency related and integrative courses, structured to be delivered in about 225 hours. The 13 courses offered are meant to impart management knowledge and skills to the participants covering the latest concepts and techniques in the specific functional area of business. Faculty from IIMK and distinguished visiting faculty from other reputed academic institutions and industry will handle these courses.
eEPSM Curriculum

1. Fundamental courses: These courses provide the participants with the basic concepts underlying the strategic management process.
2. Competency courses: These courses impart the skills and competencies that are needed to pursue strategic activities of the organization
3. Integrative courses: These are capstone courses that try to integrate the learning in the programme

The Programme will be delivered in 2 key components: 36 hours of classroom learning through In-campus Modules and 189 hours of classroom learning through Interactive Distance Learning (IDL) mode
Programme Fees
The total fees for eEPSM is Rs. 1,01,250/-. The fees include tuition, books/reading material, Learning Management Support, Library and computer facility at IIMK Campus, examination fees etc.
The fees do not include the expenses of travel and stay in Kozhikode for the compulsory modules conducted at the IIMK campus in Kozhikode for one week each during the each term.
The fees can be paid in the following schedule:
